Skin Routine For Summers
Summer has arrived and our skin has started to break out. To avoid this, there are a few
hacks that can be done at home which are simple and effective on skin.
In summer, due to hot temperature, our skin becomes very greasy and tends to look oily. So to get rid of this problem, one can use coffee as a scrub which will make your skin clear and oil free.
1 tablespoon of coffee powder.
Aloe vera gel
Apply it evenly on your face and neck. Leave it for 10-15 minutes and rinse your face with water.
In order to protect your skin in summer, sunscreen is a must for this season, because the sun rays could damage your skin and give you sunburns. So, you need to apply it on your face and body.
Moisturizer is a game changer for all types of skin. Therefore, a moisturizer is a ‘MUST HAVE’ for all seasons. In order to control those breakouts and acne, one must use a moisturizer.
It’s important to keep changing your towel every 3 months, because dirty towels can lead to pimples, acne, etc., on your skin. So, it’s recommended to pat dry your skin with a clean towel.
Say GOODBYE To Dirty Towels:
Don’t wear anything heavy on your skin. Go light. Prefer cotton clothing over polyester and try going bright and avoid blacks. Brights will make you look fresh as well as make you feel fresh. BONUS!!
Try A COMFORTABLE FASHION:
Drink plenty of water because you tend to feel dehydrated sooner and that reflects on your skin. So, it’s important to have at least 2-3 litres of water per day, which will keep your skin fresh and hydrated.
