Same Old Aloos?
Add Some ‘Dum’





Dum Aloo

(Serves 4-5)
You Need:
  • Maggi Super Seasoning 1 pack
  • Potatoes: ½ kg
  • Milk: 2 cups
  • Tomatoes: 1 (small)
  • Jeera: ½ tsp
  • Red Chilli Powder: ½ tsp
  • Oil: 3 tbsp.
  • Coriander leaves: 1 tbsp. (chopped)
Dum Aloo
  • Peel potatoes. Deep fry until brown. Prick the fried potatoes with a fork and keep aside. Splutter jeera in the hot oil. Add pureed tomato and red chilli powder. Fry for a minute. Add milk. Boil until the mixture reduces to a thick gravy. Add crumbled Maggi Super Seasoning and stir. Add fried potatoes and cookit in the prepared gravy for 2-3 minutes. Add 1-cup hot water. Bring to boil. Serve hot, garnished with chopped coriander.
