Peel potatoes. Deep fry until brown. Prick the fried potatoes with a fork and keep aside. Splutter jeera in the hot oil. Add pureed tomato and red chilli powder. Fry for a minute. Add milk. Boil until the mixture reduces to a thick
gravy. Add crumbled Maggi Super Seasoning and stir. Add fried potatoes and cookit in the prepared gravy for 2-3 minutes. Add 1-cup hot water. Bring to boil. Serve hot, garnished with chopped coriander.
